Should Not See Any Side Effects

This was Megan's first full week of treatments. The Dr. she met with on Tuesday said they don't expect to see much in the way of side effects from the radiation. Megan is young and has lots of energy. She is starting to feel a little bit of a burn on her scalp. She has been instructed to keep her head covered at all times when she is out side. They have also given her some cream to keep the scalp moist and help with the burn. She has not felt much in the way of fatigue, and the Dr.s don't expect her to. I think she looks great in a dew rag. The biker chick look does her well. Please continue to pray for Megan. I think I over heard the two little ones plotting to do grandpa harm next Tuesday. I am not sure because I can't understand a word they say. We are expecting God to do some great things. Please ask anyone you know to pray for her also.

Hey, there! Adrienne here...I have just finished reading ever single blog you've posted...I have to agree with you in that God is awesome, and He never ceases to amaze me. I finally got to talk with Megan yesterday; I was so glad to hear she was well. It was so nice to finally hear from her and even more so, to hear the miracles God is performing in her life. We serve an awesome God!! I'm sure you know it, but I have to say your daughter is very loved by the Lord. She was on my heart for a while, and one day I decided to get in touch with Donna House to get a number or email to Megan. Donna called me minutes later telling me Megan was in surgery, having a brain tumor removed. Mr.Stork, I prayed without ceasing. I thought it was incredible of God to place Megan in my heart and mind at that time; God spoke to me; He wanted me to pray for his daughter.
I just wanted to send my love and let you know Megan will be in my prayers. I thank God for bringing her out of this in Jesus' name, for His glory. Amen!
Be blessed!
Adrienne
